About Stal Laarakkers
In 2012, we started our dressage stable from a shared passion for horses and the sport. What began with just a few horses has, over the years, grown into a thriving business with our own breeding stallions and an international clientele. Every day, together with our dedicated team, we focus on educating, training, and guiding horses and riders at every desired level.
With many years of experience in the dressage world, we have built a strong reputation together. Several talented dressage horses have been successfully trained by us to PSG and Grand Prix level. We are even more proud of the many successes achieved in young horse competitions on both national and international stages. We have also developed extensive expertise in breeding, with several approved stallions and Sjak’s many years of involvement with the KWPN stallion selection committee.
Over the years, our business has grown into a modern, fully-fledged, and professional equestrian enterprise. Together with our team, we have created a complete facility that provides all the amenities for top sport, professional guidance, and breeding.
Our heart truly lies in dressage sport. Every day, we strive to bring out the very best in both horse and rider. The wellbeing of horse and rider is always our priority. We take the time for careful, sustainable, and safe development of our horses. They receive the right daily care, attention, training, and sufficient exercise and turnout, allowing them to develop into happy athletes.
